We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager in Delhi to present our brand to the
potential customers, architects and interior designers and bring in business for the brand
by providing flawless service.
Location: Delhi
Target Clientele: Hi-end architects and interior designers
Minimum experience required: 2 years

Job profile:
The Business Development Manager will work across multiple independent accounts targeting
Delhi/NCR. You will have to meet and exceed revenue objectives through set seasonal
sales targets and at once business goals.
In addition to managing existing
accounts, you must grow the business and find new opportunities within the industry. You
should be an expert in your ‘geographic territory’ and understand customer needs by
region. You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with the accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Hands in an effective and influential manner as the Business Development
Manager.
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Build a strong foundation with architects and interior designers to drive business
through these connections.
- Understand current products, trends, and collections, ensuring customers are
informed and aware.
- Meet and exceed seasonal sales targets.
- Have a strong understanding of assigned accounts, educating internally on business
processes and consumer dynamics.
- Manage accounts from seasonal sell-in appointments to order processing, deliveries
and shipments, returns, and payment queries.
- Continually analyze customer sell-through, highlighting strengths and repeat
business as well as concerns, and take action accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and plans that support
sell-through and growth expansion in these accounts.
Requirements Of The Role:
- Relevant sales experience in the luxury interior industry.
- A natural networker, who easily builds relationships and gets energized by customer
contact.
- Goal oriented, turns targets into actions, and is persistent to go beyond. Turns
deadlines into a healthy pressure to perform.
- Good negotiating, social, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
- Excellent English with good verbal communication.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for aesthetically made visuals and artful communication design. The candidate will be delivering different kinds of visuals for all our channels.

We are seeking a Designer who will be liable for making a wide range of visual resources to be utilized in the creation of advertising, different types of promotions, short movies and narratives, interior and external communications. You should be aware of the most recent trends in visual communications and should be inspired enough to implement these in creating a strong visual identity of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly / daily activities such as editing visuals / campaigning / concepting and overseeing art direction of our brand.
- Creation of stunning visual assets for our clients including corporate branding, animations, posters, banners, presentations and other requested design elements for all digital platforms.
- Creation of photorealistic images, sketches and designs.
- Creation of images, videos, and/or GIFs for social media and scheduling the posts.
- Maintaining a strong grasp of current design and technology trends and styles.
- Combining good typography and a considered design practice to create engaging information graphics and visualisations.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Degree in graphic design and artwork production.
- Extensive knowledge within the Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, colour theory and typography.
- Strong design vocabulary and ability to translate visual ideas into written language and vice versa.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
